CARAMEL AFFOGATO -
INGREDIENTS:
- 20ml SHOTT CARAMEL
- 30ml ESPRESSO COFFEE
- 1 SCOOP VANILLA ICE CREAM
METHOD:
- Press the espresso coffee into a mug or a heatproof glass
- Add a scoop of ice-cream to the espresso coffee
- Pour the SHOTT CARAMEL SYRUP over the ice cream

BUTTERSCOTCH ICED COFFEE:
INGREDIENTS:
- 20ml SHOTT BUTTERSCOTCH
- 50g ICE
- 30ml ESPRESSO COFFEE
- 100ml FULL CREAM MILK
METHOD:
- Fill a glass with ice
- Press the espresso coffee into the cup over ice
- Pour the SHOTT BUTTERSCOTCH over the ice and top with full cream
- Stir to combine
- Serve & enjoy
HAZELNUT:

HAZELNUT FLAT WHITE:
INGREDIENTS:
- 20ml SHOTT HAZELNUT
- 30ml ESPRESSO COFFEE
METHOD:
- Extract the espresso coffee into a mug or a heatproof glass.
- Add the SHOTT HAZELNUT into the cup and stir to combine.
- Holding back the milk foam, slowly pour the textured milk into the cup in a circular motion until the cup is 80% full.
- For the last 20% release the milk foam and pour the remaining textured milk into the cup
- Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
- 10ml SHOTT MACADAMIA
- 10ml SHOTT VANILLA
- 30ml ESPRESSO COFFEE
- 300ml FULL CREAM MILK
METHOD:
- Extract the espresso coffee and pour into a mug
- Add the SHOTT MACADAMIA and the SHOTT VANILLA into the mug and stir to combine
- Texture the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine
- Pour the textured milk into the mug
- Serve and enjoy!
