With more than 20 years of experience in teaching and working in the hospitality industry, Christine Cottrell established Coffee Education Network in 1999. She helps thousands to improve their espresso techniques and to more fully appreciate the espresso concept. As well as teaching classes, she presents at conferences, social functions and events and has written the Perfect Espresso series of books.

The first 10 books were published in Australian 2006, following their success in the hospitality, retail and education markets, they were released internationally by 2010. We can look forward to more Perfect Espresso publications in future.
