Q: Can I pay by invoice or send a Purchase Order?

Yes, please email your order or purchase order to info@baristasupplies.com.au and our sales team will be in touch.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

If you prefer to pick up your order, at the checkout page select "Pick Up From Warehouse" option under shipping. We will then prepare your order and notify you once your order is ready to be picked up.

Q: Can I reurn my items?

You can exchange goods for up to 30 days from purchase, providing goods are in their original packaging, were not used and come with their original invoice. There are no refunds for special orders, discontinued items, used items or sample items. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please read our Returns Policy for full details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes Barista Supplies ships to over 45 counties, including the USA, UK and New Zealand. Q: How is my order delivered? And who will deliver order?

Couriers pick up all parcels from the Barista Supplies warehouse every business day (Not weekends and Public holidays). Parcels are sent by either Australia Post Eparcel, Couriers Please, TNT or DHL Express depending on your location. If you have not received your parcel within the specified time frame and believe that it could be lost or delayed, please email Barista Supplies at info@baristasupplies.com.au for more information.

Q: Can I arrange a different delivery method?

Yes, you can. We understand that one size doesn't fit all so we offer the following option. Alternative courier of your choice: You can arrange for another courier of your choice to collect your order on your behalf. 
To arrange this you will need to select "Pick Up From Warehouse" at checkout and please leave a note advising nominated courier. We will then notify you once the order is ready and include weight and dimensions. 
Please note that we accept no responsibility for the goods once your courier has collected them.

Gift Cards

Q: Can I amend the details on my Gift Card?

Unfortunately we are unable to update the details on the Gift Card after it has been purchased.

Q: Can I redeem the gift card in store?

Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at baristasupplies.com.au

Q: Do Gift Cards Expire?

Yes, Gift Card expire 36 months from date of issue. Any balance remaining on a Gift Card after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the Gift Card holder.

Q: How can I check my balance on my Gift Card?

You can check your remaining balance online at any time.

Q: How Can I Purchase A Gift Card?

Our E-Gift Cards can be purchased 24/7 via our website. Simply click here to get started with your purchase. Once the purchase has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email, please note that this may take some time to come through to you but it should arrive safely within 24 hours of purchase. If you can't locate it, check your junk and spam folders for the email and if you're still out of luck reach out to our friendly Customer Service team and they will help you out.

Q: I’ve been given a Gift Card. How do I use it?

Simply enter the gift card code in to the voucher field at the checkout to redeem the credit. You can also check the status and amount of credit on your Gift Card. You do not need to spend the entire card in a single transaction. If you spend over the Gift card amount, you can pay the difference on your own Credit Card. Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at baristasupplies.com.au.

Q: What do I do if there’s a problem with my gift card or it’s lost or stolen?
