You’ll also be introduced to the key variables that affect flavour—like grind size, yield, and brew time—so you can start to understand what makes a balanced espresso.

Our espresso class is limited to just four participants, ensuring an intimate and hands-on experience. Small class sizes mean everyone gets plenty of time to brew, experiment, and dive into discussion about different methods—with plenty of space to ask questions and learn from our friendly, knowledgeable baristas.
Do I need to bring anything?
No need to bring anything. We’ll provide all the coffee and brew gear, as well as water, pens, and a brew guide for taking notes.
