For suburbs and regional areas add a day or two accordingly, depending on distance from the CBD.This service requires a signature upon delivery, so we recommend you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left to visit your local Post Office. Carriers will not leave packages unattended/unsigned for. Our products are delivered via Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT or DHL Express. An email with the tracking number is sent at the end of the business day. Shipping duration is generally 1-6 working days depending on the location of the customer. In the event that the courier returns the goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of redelivery.
Your order will be delivered between 7am and 9pm. As couriers do not deliver on public holidays, you can expect your order on the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends or public holidays. If you’re not around when delivery is attempted, the driver will either leave your order in a safe place or a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your Barista Supplies order.
